What to Know Before Having Your Vehicle
Repaired:  
  • Never Drive a car that could be unsafe
    because of damages.
  • You are not required by law to obtain
    multiple estimates.
  • You have the right to go to the repair shop
    of your choice.
  • A Car is one of your largest investments.  
    Have it repaired properly.
  • Professional Shops Will Explain the entire
    process.  Ask about it.
  • Read and understand your policy.  Ask your
    agent to explain it.














How To Pick A Repair Facility:
  • Technical Training: look for I-CAR Gold and
    ASE certifications.
  • Computerized Estimating Systems: assures
    an accurate estimate of cost and labor.
  • Precision Frame and Unibody Equipment.
  • High Level Customer Satisfaction (CSI)
    Rating.
  • Guarantee/Warranty:  Quality shops will
    guarantee their work in writing (Lifetime).
  • Ask Your Insurance Company or agent for a
    list of shops that they recommend.

A Customer Service Rep (our CSR's) will manage all the
details from the moment your vehicle arrives to the
moment we hand you back your keys. They will
coordinate with your insurance company, explain the
process, and answer any question you may have during
the repair process.  

Our employees in other departments, from metal repair
technicians and refinishing specialists to parts and paint,
support our CSR's to make sure your vehicle is repaired
to exacting standards.  

Our team of Estimators, Customer Service and Office
Administration personnel will insure your surprises are
minimal, and of course answer the questions you may
have.

Here are some answers to common questions

Q: Can you give me a rough estimate over the phone
for my car?

    A: It is really difficult to give even an idea of what
    repairs will cost without actually inspecting your
    vehicle. Many times repairs are “hidden.” and to
    be sure it is returned to a safe condition and looks
    perfect, we have to inspect every area that is
    damaged. Sometimes certain parts can be
    repaired, others need to be replaced. Just stop in
    and one of our professionals will prepare an
    estimate for you.

Q: I have heard that dealing with a DRP (Direct Repair
Provider) with insurance companies is easier. Are you
one?

    A: Yes, we work hand in hand with nearly all major
    insurance companies. This allows us to handle your
    repair efficiently and within their guidelines.

Q: Am I allowed to choose the repair shop I want? I
have heard I have to go to the shop the insurance
company suggests.

    A: You may choose us or any shop you  desire. In
    February 2003 a senate bill, number 551, was
    passed giving you specific rights to obtain repairs
    wherever you choose.  Your insurance company is
    aware of this, and if you’d like a copy you may
