UNDERSTANDING BODY AND FRAME REPAIR This class helps Insurance Agents develop a thorough understanding of the repair process as it relates to Body and Frame repairs. The information presented prepares you to help your insured as they go through the repair process with their vehicle. You will learn about actions you can take to ensure the process goes smoothly and that your customer’s vehicle is returned to “the same shape and form” as before their accident. This knowledge helps you provide better service for your customer satisfaction and POLICY RETENTION. A shop tour will be provided to help better understand the repair. You will see the cars in different stages of the repair process from, “Torn Down” to “Set Up and Measure” on the frame machine.

UNDERSTANDING COLLISION REFINISHING This class helps provide Insurance Agents with a clear understanding of the “Dark Side” of the repair process. Understanding the number one issue to customers: Paint and Finish match. The “Paint Factor” class touched on some of the issues, now its time to be truly Hands On. We will select two volunteers from the class to get suited up and actually have you help spray some panels in our Down Draft Paint Booth!! Even if you had attended the “Paint Factor”, you will receive 2 new credits.
